A media-assisted wet cleaning and finishing process that is more aggreessive than jet spray but does not produce a blast-cleaned surface. 

The patented process uses a blasting abrasive like glassbeads that is blended with a water-based cleaning solution to produce a cleaned surface that looks like new or to deburr a new surface. 

Work is placed on a powered table or basket and processed automatically in an enclosure. Fines are pulled into a side tank for easy removal with a hoe.  The flow of media can be stopped so you can use the spray water to remove the media from the work.

The solution is recycled and because of the cushioning effect of the water, media life is longer than in bead blasting.
